Jim Rensing
Our candidate for Lieutenant Governor is Jim Rensing.
Jim’s a proud 40 year resident of Missouri. He lives in the St.
Louis suburb of Webster Groves. The Rensing family (Jim, his wife, and
son) attend church in the Holy Redeemer parish.
He’s Missouri educated, having studied at Mizzou, the University of
Missouri St. Louis, SMSU, and Maryville. That education has worked well
for him—Jim has previously worked as a licensed nursing home administrator
for the state of Missouri, and real estate sales. Currently he works in
the home finance industry and is a Missouri Notary Public.
Jim believes in taking a personal approach
to improving his community and helping his neighbor. He’s an active member
of the Minuteman Civil Defense corps and has previously served as leader
of the St. Louis Chapter. He also volunteers his time to Habitat for
Humanity. Jim is also the Constitution Party of Missouri’s Congressional
District Chairman for the 3rd Congressional District and serves
on its Executive Committee.
For relaxation, Jim has become an avid koi enthusiast.
Jim considers himself a “made in America, average Joe Citizen.”
This is reflected in his political outlook. He’s one of the growing number
of American citizens that’s tired of a runaway government encroaching more
and more on the way we live. If you ask him why he’s running for
Lieutenant Governor as a Constitution Party candidate, he’ll tell
you:
“As a Christian Conservative, I will only support a Party that
reflects my principles and morals; that Party is the Constitution Party.
We need to return the governance of this country to the rule of law as set
forth in the Constitution. The ideals of the Declaration of Independence
should never be compromised. We need less government, by the way of
eliminating, downsizing, or privatizing a majority of the departments and
agencies of the federal government.’
