Thad Wheeler is running for State Representative in the 152^nd District of south central Missouri.

Thad and his wife Melanie have called Missouri home for the last twelve years. They currently live in Summersville in beautiful Shannon County. For almost four years Thad has served his neighbors as Summersville’s Chief of Police. In that time, Chief Wheeler has enforced the law in strict accordance with due process:

• He’s never participated in DWI checkpoints which have cost his department thousands in grants.

• He’s instructed the officers in his department to never write citations for seat belt or helmet laws.

• He has forced MODOT to obtain court orders to seize and destroy private property in Summersville.

Thad has published several letters in The Summersville Beacon regarding gun control, morality, the welfare system, states rights and the need to return to the Bible and constitution.

In his off time, Thad attends and is active in his local church. He enjoys “anything firearms related,” from hunting to target shooting. Thad also enjoys fishing and trail riding.

Thad’s made it plain that he would support and make laws in Jefferson City in the same fashion that he now enforces them. He will oppose National Animal Identification, Real ID, The North American Union and any scheme of the state or federal government to infringe on private rights of citizens.
