U.S. District Court Judge E. Richard Webber
ruled in favor of an Ordinance that will prohibit the hiring of illegal
aliens within
“We couldn’t be happier with Judge Webber’s
ruling,” said Donna Ivanovich, Chairman of the Constitution Party of
Missouri. “Upholding this Ordinance will make it easier for cities across
the country to pass similar laws.”
The court battle over the legality of the
Ordinance has been described as a “David and Goliath” match up. “The ACLU
brought in 22 high-powered lawyers and an unlimited budget to fight this
